Quantitative Research

All surveying - within Australia and internationally - is done from our fully equipped CATI call centre in Sydney. This allows for centralised supervisory control and call monitoring. We are IQCA accredited. ANOP is proud of its reputation in applying the most rigorous sampling and interviewing methods to all fieldwork conducted and we maintain this high standard with every client.

Qualitative Research

Insightful qualitative research has always been one of ANOP's hallmarks and we pioneered the use of focus groups in the formulation of attitude-changing campaigns. An essential ingredient in our qualitative research is our ability to place consumer attitudes and perceptions in the context of the prevailing and changing community mood.

We have a team of highly skilled and experienced qualitative researchers. Our Sydney offices are equipped with two group rooms with viewing and audio-visual facilities.
